Amanda qualified as a solicitor in 2011 after completing her training contract with Sloan Plumb Wood LLP and now assists Nick Plumb in the Commercial Property department at SPW.

Amanda has experience in dealing with a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial property transactions acting for both individuals and companies.

Amanda acts for both landlords and tenants of commercial premises, including drafting and negotiating leases and licences of a variety of properties from high street shops and offices to industrial units. She also provides advice in relation to the acquisition and disposal of freehold properties.
