Attorney General’s Office to publish advice for Twitter and Facebook users on Contempt of Court

As we reported almost two years ago, the Court now allows “live text-based communications”, for example Twitter, to be used in Court.
The Attorney General’s Office has now announced that it plans to publish advisory notes on its website (www.gov.uk/government/organisations/attorney-generals-office) and Twitter feed in a bid stop Social Media users committing contempt of Court.
