Financial Advertising Code changes
As we reported in April, the Financial Services Authority was replaced by the Financial Conduct Authority.
The Committees of Advertising Practice (CAP), which write and maintain the UK Advertising Codes, have amended the finance sections of the codes to reflect this change in authority and also various legislative amendments.
