Amanda is a partner of the firm.

Amanda re-joined Sloan Plumb Wood in 2023 after originally training and qualifying with the firm in 2011. Amanda trained with the firm after obtaining a first-class degree in law at university.

Amanda acts for landowners, developers and promoters in respect of strategic land agreements and the resulting sales/purchases of the development land. Amanda has experience of dealing with Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, Overage provisions, Conditional Contracts and Collaboration Agreements.

Amanda has experience in acting for landowners and developers on both small to medium size developments and large complex multi-owner sites. Amanda’s experience includes dealing with associated planning agreements and infrastructure agreements.

Amanda’s pragmatic approach to drafting and negotiation of development related agreements ensures that the interests of clients are protected and the matter is dealt with swiftly.

On the landowner side, Amanda frequently acts for the owners on the sale of agricultural land and can advise on farm business tenancies and related agricultural matters to ensure that the farming interests are protected.
