New case on recovering rent in administration cases

On the 24 February 2014 the Court of Appeal overturned the law dealing with the payment of rent in commercial premises, where a tenant had gone into administration ruling that Landlords must be paid for the use of the premises on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
